If you have never warn a bracelet like these, this is how it works. Roll it on it will stretch out to your wrist size and then it will slowly go back into size. Wearing it in the water is very safe as I never take mine off. The money that I paid for these goes to the school girls to teach them all how to cook study and how to live a good life in India. My time at this school was wonderful just to see how they make these bracelets, every bracelet is made by a special little girl that puts in lots of love and happiness.
